And make sure that that data was cleared.
 
     Afterwards Go to the File Explorer And search for whatsapp Folder And rename that folder as OGwhatsapp (and  make sure that OG should be capitalized )

After downloading this OGWhatsapp install it and if mobile does not supports to install this app. You need to go setting and developer option and select on Unknown sources. Actually web address is Whatsapp Web, But never try to type correctly.If you type correctly it will lead you somewhere where you don't want to go.So always type wrongly Like web whatsappIt will open with title of Whatsapp Web then click on it.A page will appear with QR code. That means it is asking for QR code verification. So now you need to take your  mobile for a while to Verify QR code.
      Now open your  whatsapp and Click on where the three dots are located in whatsapp. Next Click on Whatsapp web. It will ask you for process, Click on OK. Now mobile camera will automatically turns on for scanning. And now scan that QR with the help of your mobile camera. After a while it will shows your  whatsapp history which was deleted by you.
